FAQ

Answers to the most common questions about Veronese.

What audio formats does Veronese support?

Veronese supports MP3, M4A, WAV, AAC, OGG, and FLAC files. You can also submit YouTube links and podcast RSS feed URLs.

How do I upload audio from my phone?

You can forward audio files by email to your unique upload address, or connect via Telegram and send voice notes directly from the app.

How long does transcription take?

Most episodes are ready within a few minutes. Processing runs in the background so you can keep working while your transcript is generated.

What export formats are available?

TXT and Markdown exports are available in the app today. Additional export formats and API options are rolling out incrementally.

Can I edit the transcript after it's generated?

Yes. Every transcript opens in the editor where you can search by keyword, jump by timestamp, and fix errors before exporting.

What happens if my balance is too low?

New uploads are blocked when total available credits are below 300 seconds. Top up in Billing to continue.

Is my audio stored after transcription?

Audio files are processed and then removed from our servers. Only transcript text is retained in your account.

Can I disable auto top-up at any time?

Yes. Auto top-up can be enabled or disabled from Billing at any time, and manual top-ups remain available.
